UK Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your SA1NT LAYERS gear. If something isn't right, here's how returns work in the UK.

Free returns within 30 days

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return for a refund or exchange. Returns from UK addresses are free via our re:do returns service.

Conditions

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unworn with original tags attached
• Items must be in their original packaging and condition
• Items purchased as part of a set or with a free gift must be returned together
• Damaged, soiled or altered items may be rejected and returned to you

How to start a return

1. Email returns@sa1ntlayersuk.com or contact us with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a Return Authorisation (RA) number and prepaid return label within 1 working day
3. Pack your items securely with the RA number visible
4. Drop off at any Royal Mail post office or use the courier specified on the label
5. Refund processed within 5-7 working days of us receiving the return

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time we receive your return. If your size or colour isn't available, we'll process a refund instead.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
• Allow 5-10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank
• Original shipping fees are not refunded unless the item was faulty

Returns after 30 days

Returns requested between 30-60 days are accepted at our discretion and issued as store credit (valid for 12 months).

Returns after 60 days are not accepted unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund (including original shipping).

Sale items & final sale

Items marked as 'final sale' are eligible for store credit or exchange only, unless faulty.
