These Terms of Service govern your use of sa1ntlayersuk.com (the 'Site') and your purchase of products from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

To buy from our Site you must be at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering a contract under English law.

3. Orders

• Each order is an offer to buy our products. We accept your offer when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g. for stock issues, suspected fraud or pricing errors).
• Orders are for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Once submitted, orders generally can't be cancelled or modified due to our automated fulfilment system. Contact us immediately if you need help.

4. Pricing and payment

• All prices are in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable
• Delivery costs are added at checkout
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this won't affect orders already placed
• Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna where available

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We're not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses arising from use of the Site or our products
• Our total liability for any single order is limited to the price paid for that order
• Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law

11. Promotions

Discount codes must be entered at checkout. Codes can't be applied retrospectively or combined with other offers unless stated.

12. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account login secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
